JOB DESCRIPTIONThis internship provides a hands-on learning experience in administrative, finance, and human resources functions within a growing and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all team members and superiors.JOB SCOPEAs an Administrative, Finance, and Human Resources Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of business operations and play a vital role in supporting our team in administrative tasks, financial analysis, and HR processes.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Administrative:\xc2\xb7 Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.\xc2\xb7 Managing office supply inventory and ordering as needed.\xc2\xb7 Providing general administrative support to the team as required.\xc2\xb7 Supporting project management activities and tracking project progress.Finance:\xc2\xb7 Assisting in financial record-keeping and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Human Resources:\xc2\xb7 Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.\xc2\xb7 Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.\xc2\xb7 Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.\xc2\xb7 Supporting HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes.REQUIREMENTS:\xc2\xb7 Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Preferred final semester student.\xc2\xb7 Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s degree program in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Internship Letter, Latest Result Slip, Official University Letter, Resume, and Cover Letter.\xc2\xb7 SPM transcript, co-curricular certificate, etc.\xc2\xb7 Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.\xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.BENEFITS:\xc2\xb7 Allowance RM600/month.\xc2\xb7 Working space and a PC or laptop are provided.\xc2\xb7 Potential for future employment opportunities based on performance.
