Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined, meticulous, and experienced Administrative Executive to support administrative operations while also handling basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate can manage office matters efficiently and ensure the accuracy of financial records -- from preparing invoices, managing accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), to performing bank reconciliations. This position is well-suited for an individual who is proactive, highly trustworthy, and committed to operational excellence and precision in their work.

Main Responsibilities



Handle office administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, appointments, etc.) Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and daily financial records Support daily accounting processes: accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation Prepare basic weekly/monthly financial reports Collaborate with accountants/auditors during audits Familiar with or able to use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SQL, or Excel)

Qualifications



Education



Diploma/Certificate in Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Experience



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration + accounting tasks

Technical Skills



Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team Preferred: Experience using accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount, MYOB, Xero)

Soft Skills



Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (verbal & written). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Others



Own vehicle and valid driver's license (if required to attend company meetings at other locations) Candidates who reside in close proximity to the office are highly encouraged to apply and such proximity will be regarded as an additional advantage
