We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Accountant to manage basic accounting tasks and support general office administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and be able to maintain accurate financial records while assisting with daily office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Record financial transactions in the accounting system
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and audit-related documents
- Support daily administrative tasks such as calls, documentation, and office coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and auditors when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
1-2 years of working experience in accounting is an advantage
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
