Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document organization, and digital record management. Prepare and maintain sales reports, stock tracking sheets, and simple financial summaries for management review. Assist in processing invoices, following up on payments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Coordinate internal document flow between departments, outlets, and external partners. Assisting finance team in their daily activities. Manage and organize digital folders, spreadsheets, and forms to ensure efficient access and tracking. Provide administrative support to the operations and business teams, including clerical tasks and follow-ups. Liaise with vendors, delivery partners, and service providers regarding documentation and payments. Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support daily business operations.

Job Requirements:



Qualification:

Diploma, Degree in Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance role. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Excel,

Google Sheets

, and

digital file management tools

. Highly

organized, detail-oriented

, and able to complete repetitive tasks accurately. Capable of

multitasking

and working

independently

to meet deadlines. Proficient in

English and BM.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
