HR and Administrative Intern
We are a growing AI and IT company seeking a responsible and detail oriented HR and Administrative Intern to support human resources functions, business administration, and daily operations. This role provides hands on exposure to HR processes, system management, and sales support within a technology driven startup environment.
Internship Period and Work Arrangement
Internship duration is flexible between 2 to 6 months.
Allowance and Incentives
Monthly allowance is RM 700.
Interns who complete 6 months and receive an A+ satisfactory performance rating from their supervisor will receive an additional RM 2000 performance bonus.
High performing interns may be considered for conversion to a permanent staff position.
Key Responsibilities
HR Related Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including resume screening and interview coordination.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and staff.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
Track attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration.
Assist in preparing HR reports and internal documentation.
Support staff communications and internal announcements.
Administrative and Operations Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Update employee, customer, and account information in a timely manner.
Support system testing by validating data accuracy and reporting issues.
Follow up on payments, invoices, and outstanding items with customers or internal teams.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Update sales progress, customer status, and transaction records in the system.
Assist in preparing basic operational and sales related reports.
Ensure all information in the system is updated, organized, and properly documented.
Support ad hoc administrative, HR, and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or degree students or fresh graduates in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and online systems.
Good communication skills and ability to follow up professionally.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn in a fast paced startup environment.
