• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills through all media
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, able to work under own initiative, attention to detail.
• Some travel may be required

Tanggungjawab

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable office administrator cum sales executive to manage our sales, purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to process and promote a variety of chemicals for pharmaceutical manufacturing industry such as active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, nutraceuticals, flavours and solvents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and sale a variety of chemicals to be used in pharmaceutical industries.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales development pipeline with principal suppliers to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active relationships with customers.

• Basic range from RM2,800-RM3,000 depending on experience
