Job Description


1. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and office space optimization.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices are maintained.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Act as the focal person for local regulatory license compliance such as Petronas, CIDB, MOF and other regulators, ensuring all necessary licenses and permits are obtained and maintained.
  • Liaise with local regulatory authorities to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, including regular audits and assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory compliance requirements.
3. Tendering Management:
  • Serve as the local focal point for tendering activities in Malaysia, managing the entire tendering process from identification to submission.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for tenders.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business exposure.
  • Implement and monitor compliance programs, including health and safety protocols.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and tendering activities to senior management.
6. HSSE
  • Shows and applies true management commitment and exemplary leadership to deepen and strengthen our safety culture throughout the company and drive adherence of Business / Service Lines and all legal entities to Fugro HSSE Management Systems, policies and standards.
