Job Description

- Position Title: Assistant / Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle and manage clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries
- Prepare, manage and send quotations to clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Reply to incoming & outgoing emails
- Documents filing, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
