Job Description

  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Phone Allowance + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of the company.
  • Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.
  • Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff.
  • Process orders via email or phone with both customers and vendors.
  • Get suitable quotes/pricing and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Assist in Bookkeeping, mailing and filing duties. Duties may range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to Manager / General Manager.
  • Be of assistance to the admin team in the generation of monthly invoices and other ad-hoc duties as and when needed.

  • At least GCE O level.
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must possess basic knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, report generation, project management, and other such relevant applications.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
