Petrol Claim (as applicable)
:
Visit project sites to collect workers' punch cards and assist with payroll preparation
Collect utility bills (water and electricity) from staff accommodations and process expense claims
Manage and record petty cash transactions
Prepare administrative paperwork including quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
Previous administrative work experience is required
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Possess own transport (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
