- Provide support in general administrative jobs- Prepare PR/PO, quotation, costing, etc and respond to respective person-in-charge- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers/subcon in delivery arrangement and others- To execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently- To execute any ad-hoc tasks, if any- Minimum SPM and above- Mininum 1 year\'s experience as an Admin Assistant- Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and oral- Computer literate- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- Able to start work immediately- Full-Time position available
