Position Title: Admin assistant (Document Controller)
Contract Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable)
Working Location: Penang island - onsite (Bayan Lepas)
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Salary remuneration: RM 2500 to RM 3000 (depends on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement +medical insurance
Requirements:
Min 1 - 3 years\' experience in admin.
Minimum education qualification: Diploma (Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English as there is a need to communicate with counterparts who are based oversea, Taiwan & China)
Flexible and open to other job scope.
Job scope:
Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.
Act as document controller.
Basic computer literacy (MS word, excel, PowerPoint)
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
