Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation).
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
Assist HR in maintaining staff attendance records and leave applications.
Help with onboarding documentation, staff movement records, and filing of HR-related documents.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and invoices.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management or superior.
