Job Description


Job Scopes :

  • Update and store business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
  • Type reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Sort mail and respond to it or distribute it to appropriate employees.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails and redirect them to other employees when appropriate.
  • Take dictations and minutes during meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for other company employees\' business trips.
  • Monitor office supplies and report when stock levels are low to the office manager.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
