Job Location : UOA Business Park, Shah Alam Working Hours : 24/7 rotational shift (5 days & 2 days off /week & 9hrs/day \xe2\x80\x93 including 1hr break) A great opportunity for fresh graduate and experienced with great salary package + Career Growth!! :
- Handling pre-online booking enquires, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
- To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM/UEC and above.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
- Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
- Applicants must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour lunch break-time.
- 5 working days
