Job Scopes :
- Carry out sampling of materials and finished products.
- Perform laboratory testing, measurement, and inspection of packaging materials, raw materials, bulk mixture, and finished products.
- Conduct internal calibration of measuring and test equipment.
- Check data for compliance with test specifications and collect data from relevant records or documents.
- Assist with all quality-related tasks as assigned.
- Assist chemist to evaluate batch records for urgent release of bulk mixture in the absence of the chemist.
- Assist in material and finished products inspections such as imported goods, product complaints, product returned, product recalls, etc.
- Conduct in-process checking at the production line to ensure compliance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
