Review time sheets, work charts, stock order, and other information to detect daily amount of in and out stock.
Monitor the driver request of work order for maintenance or inventories.
Prepared a daily record for the inventory and invoice by using software.
Checked the stock such as battery, engine oil and others.
Prepared a monthly report.
Monitor the store at workshop and deal with suppliers regarding the inventories.
Any others duties assign by superior.
Requirements
Please note: This position requires Saturday availability. Only apply if you are able to work on Saturdays.
Qualifications: SPM, Diploma in administration or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experiences.
Skills :
1. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.2. Computer literacy, knowledge in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.3. Good interpersonal, communication skills and multi-tasking.
Knowledge : Knowledge on workshop management /system
Able to work in USJ 7, Subang Jaya.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
