Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks:
- Prepare monthly invoice all rental contract
- Prepare and scan all PPM checklist
- Assist and prepare sales team for requested documentation
- Assist and prepare project/technical team for requested documentation
- Record spare part usage all hospital/client
- Record all technical staff PPM and maintenance works
- Record all technical staff attendance
- Do all admin jobs
- Answering telephone calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly
- Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
