Administrative Assistant Position (Part-Time) in a Music School
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to messages and emails, and managing schedules.
Facilitate student registrations, handle payments, and address inquiries regarding our music programs.
Organize and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Assist in the sale of instruments, books, and accessories.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of studios and store areas.
Handle light to medium-weight inventory.
Requirements:
Available to work on weekday/weekend evenings, and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Malay (additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of music is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM11.00 per hour
