We're hiring an Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative operations
Manage office documents, records, and filing (computer-based)
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Assist with inventory tracking and basic backend event support
Key in invoices, expenses, and assist with simple project costing
Upload receipts and maintain accurate records
Support month-end administrative and reconciliation tasks
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of admin or office support experience preferred
Proficient in computer usage, cloud-based systems, and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and pick up tasks quickly
Good organisational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and meticulous
