Job Description
This is for Leapmotor vehicles
Stock Management
Responsibilities:
Receive and check the condition of vehicles and stocks from trucking. Ensure punctual submission of the DFF report to Stellantis (within 24 hours). Maintain accuracy in DFF report regarding the condition of the cars. Punctually update the stock list.
Stock Yard Documentation
Responsibilities:
Ensure documentation compliance with Dealer Standard and submit reports to Stellantis. Ensure documentation compliance with internal audit standards. Responsible for conducting stock count audits.
Vehicle Movement
Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% accuracy of all vehicle movement records. Assist in vehicle movement as needed (Demo, New Car, Used Car & Management Car). Assist in Puspakom inspections.
Vehicle Stock Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Maintain 100% accuracy of key movement records. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition. Report and update on any vehicle problems such as defects or error codes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
D driving license (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
