Job Summary



The Admin Assistant provides administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Valuation Department. The role involves documentation management, coordination, data support, and basic drafting assistance to support valuers in report and case preparation.

Key Responsibilities



Documentation, Reporting & Drafting:



Open and manage files for new valuation cases. Prepare, format, type, and print valuation reports, proposals, and related documents. Draft correspondence, memos, and corporate submissions. Assist in preparing basic drawings, layouts, or location plans using drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD), where required. Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.

Coordination & Communication:



Liaise with internal teams, clients, lawyers, bankers, and other external parties. Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries for the department. Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements, including minutes preparation.

Data & Research Support:



Perform data entry and update valuation databases accurately. Assist valuers with preliminary research such as land title searches, market rental checks, and comparable data verification. Support invoice preparation and track departmental expenses or claims.

General Office Administration:



Manage office supplies, equipment, and general clerical tasks including scanning, photocopying, and mail handling.

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Property Management, Drafting, or related fields.

Experience working in a valuation or property consultancy firm is required / highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or drafting software is an added advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
