Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Applications:
Receive and process home purchase applications, ensuring timely bookings and follow-ups.
Documentation Review:
Verify and screen buyer documents to ensure compliance with company policies and financing eligibility.
Client Interaction:
Provide clear explanations of terms and conditions to buyers, ensuring they understand the purchasing process.
Support Buyers:
Guide buyers throughout the purchasing journey, addressing their inquiries and providing updates until they receive their keys.
Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate reports for the sales admin department and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, developers, and external partners to optimize processes and enhance the buyer experience
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
