GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in creating, modifying, and managing custom reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track & reconcile of all kind statement \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and reconcile the expenses spent on operation \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare/check all issuance of invoice and claims \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties assigned by Management QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Candidates are strongly welcome to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
