We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support the daily administrative and operational work at our oil palm estate. The role involves checkroll data entry, document management, MSPO documentation support, store recording, and diesel receiving.
Key Responsibilities
Key in checkroll data including daily attendance, overtime, and work tasks.
Manage general administrative duties: filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate estate documentation and records.
Assist in MSPO documentation, forms, and audit preparation.
Key in store records (stock issuance, receipts, stock movement).
Record and update diesel receiving and usage logs.
Support Estate Manager in daily reporting and office operations.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 year of administrative experience; estate experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of checkroll systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and good record-keeping habits.
Able to work independently in an estate environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
