Requirements
Required language(s): English, Bahasa and literate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team.
Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
Responsibilities
Preparing and managing legal documents related to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage up to the completion stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Handling sub-sale, loan, and other conveyancing matters including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan agreements, and other related documents.
Liaising with clients, bankers, real estate agents, and relevant government authorities to obtain necessary approvals, information, and supporting documents.
Monitoring timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth progress of each case and avoiding delays in completion.
Preparing and maintaining detailed case files and status reports to update clients and management on the progress of transactions.
Attending to client inquiries in person, via phone, or email professionally and promptly.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up on all documentation, payments, and legal processes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the transaction process.
Performing other conveyancing-related tasks or ad hoc duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
