  • Proven work experience as an Admin cum Account or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage and maintain the office\'s administrative and accounting tasks
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
  • Manage payroll and other financial records
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Handle correspondence and answer phone calls
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Resolve administrative and accounting issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform general clerical duties
