Kelayakan

  • Diploma / Degree with minimum 1-2 years\' experience in handling wide range of administrative related tasks
  • Team Skills - being able to work independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Able to start immediately will be in advantages
Tanggungjawab
  • Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones and ordering office supplies
  • To perform equipment / components / parts purchase and prepare Purchase Order
  • Responsible for bills and invoices tracking and payment which related with office operation and project.
  • In charge of Staff Attendance and Leave Management
  • Keep track of project costing, prepare project implementation performance analysis
  • To prepare company budget for the coming year at the end of each year
  • Prepare employee training plans for the coming year at the end of each year
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Assist in ISO documentation and ISO certifications.
  • To upgrade and implement any other management system will help to improve the operation in the company
