As an Admin cum Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, supporting and contributing to the efficiency of our team. This is an urgent hire position and we are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented ad willing to take on diverse tasks across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

Office Cleanliness and Maintenance

:

To ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Order Fulfillment

:

Assist in wrapping and packaging goods for dispatch and coordinate timely delivery of customer orders.

Stock Management:



Perform regular stock takes, assist with stock QC and ensure stock records are maintained accurately. Monitor packing materials' stock level and place orders when necessary.

Administrative Support

:

Perform general office tasks such as filing, maintaining office supplies and assisting with any ad-hoc administrative duties.

Shooting Sessions

:

Help prepare and set-up shooting materials, including props and products, and coordinate photoshoots as required.

Team Support

:

Collaborate with other team members and assist in various tasks assigned by your superior, ensuring every thing runs smoothly.

Requirements and Experience :

Previous office administration, ecommerce, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential. Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Basic computer skills. Willing to work overtime when required.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, pack and move products as necessary.

Team Player : Ability to work independently and within a team. A positive and adaptable attitude towards a wide variety of tasks.

Communication : Clear and effective communication skills. Able to interact with different teams and customers in a professional manner if required.

Proactive : Willing to take the initiative and handle responsibilities without constant supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
