1. Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents. 2. Manage any license needed for outlet 3. Manage and comply any safety and healthy requirement needed for Outlet 4. Manage any application of imported product 5. Manage application of food and beverages such as Halal Certificate 6. Perform basic accounting tasks as a data entry for the office system 7. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company. 8. Provide administrative support for operations team. 9. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary 10. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned 11. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 12. Experience in Autocount system is a plus 13. Experience in handling purchasing and knowledge of negotiation skill is a plus 14. Manage office matter such as internet / phone line / domain support 15. Manage staff hostel agreement 16. Liaise with Building Management 17. Any other instruction from Managing Director
