Handle customers\' inquiries via social media

Tanggungjawab
a) Handle incoming Whatsapp messages, media social (Facebook&Instagram), calls and emails by professionally attending to customers\' inquiries
b) Assisting Marketing Department to follow up daily successful inquiries and administrative tasks that facilitates the smooth running of business operations.
c) Prepare regular reports on timely basis.
d) Assisting Marketing Department to prepare proposal and paper work
e) Issue, record and process quotation, invoice, purchase order and payment voucher
f) Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval.
g) Response to queries and complaints of clients on timely, professionally and effectively basis.
h) To maintain good relationship with Marketing and Operation Department.
i) Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
