Provide administrative support to the Project & Contract team
Organize and schedule appointments for meeting and site visits
Manage the communication and correspondence (email, memos, letters) and tender documents for each project
Checking documents, scanning and photocopying files, and making sure that files and records are in order
Follow up, manage and organise claims documents from sub-contractors in timely manner
Support office administrative duties as and when requires
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder
2 years of working experience preferably in engineering or construction industry
Good command of English and BM
A personality of self-organised, discipline and initiative in carry out his/her duties
Wiling to work extra hours and able to meet timeline during project tendering preparation
Work days and hour: Mondays - Fridays, 8.3am to 5.30pm
Salary commensurate with experience
