We are seeking a detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to support the smooth operation of our business functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Maintain office records, stock reports, and customer databases. Respond to customer and internal enquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:



SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year of working experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Able to work independently and within a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
