Key Responsibilities
Provide support in
HR-related tasks
such as recruitment, payroll preparation, and liaising with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
Handle
general administrative duties
including paperwork, filing, and document management
Oversee
inventory management
, ensuring accurate records and stock availability
To create
Quotations and Invoices
for Clients
Manage the
onboarding process for new staff
, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Update and maintain the
HRMS system
, including SOPs, staff database, overtime records, and other HR documentation
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
Be able to work from Monday to Saturday
Familiar with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
