is a technology-driven maintenance and renovation solutions provider, helping businesses and property owners improve asset lifespan, efficiency, and sustainability. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a

dedicated Admin Executive

to manage daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities



Handle

daily administrative tasks

, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record keeping. Manage

work order scheduling

, technician coordination, and follow-up on job progress with clients. Prepare

quotation, invoice, and service reports

using the company system. Assist in

procurement and inventory management

for tools, materials, and supplies. Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, staff claims, and onboarding documentation. Maintain

communication between departments

(Operations, Sales, and Finance). Provide

customer service support

via phone, email, and WhatsApp -- responding to inquiries and service requests. Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum

Diploma or equivalent

in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

1-3 years of experience

in admin, operations coordination, or office support (maintenance or service industry preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

(Excel, Docs, Sheets). Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented. Good written and verbal communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is a plus).
