Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of administration experience.

Requirements :
  • Required language: English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to speak and write in Japanese will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn and to take challenges.

s :
  • Provide sales coordinator support.
  • Handle documentation work including Export and Import.
  • Manage purchasing order and inventory check.
  • Other administrative work as assigned.
