Job Description
Admin Executive.
Our client is a well-established Japanese based MNC in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru.
Industry: Engineering & Logistics Operations Service Provider
Working Hour: Monday to Friday

Summary of the role:
- As a Team Lead, responsible for managing overall administrative function.
- Monitor internal/external factory safety, cleanliness and maintenance, including IT, security system, telecomm system.
- Monitor company vehicles usage and maintenance, example: repair, cleanliness, road tax and insurance renewal.
- Arrange driver schedules.
- Prepare meeting room for internal/external meeting/event when necessary.
- Communicate management's message and issue memo/letter to internal team.
- Liaise with government authorities when necessary, example: BOMBA, DOE, DOSH.
- Renew company licenses.
- Source new vendors of service for indirect spends.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in admin/secretary function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese* (*added advantage).
- Required software - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
