Kelayakan

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field such as logistics, supply chain management or business administration
  • Must be 15 - 20 years\' experience in the same MNC logistics freight industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills to manage a team of staff and oversee the day-to-day operation of the company
  • Able to motivate and inspire employees to meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Effective communication skills with staff, customers, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management process
  • Must have strong analytical skills to identify trends, make predictions and forecast future needs
  • Generating sales
Tanggungjawab
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
  • Oversee daily operations of the 3PL company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Admin etc)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Write and submit reports to the Management in all matters of importance.
  • Participate in expansion activities (Investment, acquisitions, recruitment etc) including monitoring cost and expenses and making recommendation to improve financial performance.
  • Manage relationship with partners/ vendors including negotiating contracts and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the services.
  • Ensuring all safety and compliance regulations are met, including maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all industry specific regulations.
  • As Head of Department to in-charge for raw materials & finishes goods planning and forecasting, import & export warehousing, order processing, distribution, sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, vendor audit and cost down review
  • Propose and recommend appropriate policies & procedures
  • Supervise the planning of purchase & produce, price list and terms of purchase
  • Maintain list of accepted vendors, records of purchase, rice list and terms of purchase
  • Monitor and control distribution cost
  • Oversee order processing, distribution, on time delivery and customer service
