Job Description


Responsibilities :-

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Complete accurate daily report documents, memo and invoices
  • Provide onboarding support for new staff
  • Track employees attendance
  • Employee relations management
  • Attend to complaints and ensure proper follow up are taken to address the issues.
  • Assist in general clerical duties including filing, preparing quotations & invoices, coordinate appointment with technical team.
  • Act as communication bridge between departments.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned
