Admin Executive / Business Administrator

Job Description


We are looking for an Admin Executive / Business executive to support our business growth. This position will work closely with seniors and director, and has progression opportunities to be groomed into a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to Managing Director. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager and team with administrative tasks such as maintaining the database, preparing reports and presentation materials, preparing correspondences etc.
  • Understand operational flow and ensure that communication / instructions are clear across regional teams.
  • Keeping track of deadlines and project updates.
  • Assist with schedulings of meetings (and virtual meetings).
  • Daily operational and administrative duties for the company.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree holder in business related fields
  • At least 1 - 4 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional languages (Mandarin) is an advantage
  • Organized and able to priority tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
