Job Description

Our client is a MNC in Pasir Gudang and they are seeking an Admin Executive to join the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for secretarial & administrative matters, corporate communication, office assets & facilities, expatriates' accommodation, telecommunication, company vehicles and transportation.
  • Plan and oversee the driver's schedule and daily tasks.
  • Prepare reports and assist in budgeting related to corporate affairs and administration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training and/or knowing Japanese language would be added advantages.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High capability in follow-ups and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, resourceful & proactive with good common sense and sense of urgency.
