3. Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.
? Support sales and marketing team in handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
? Maintain customer databases and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
? Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional content.
? Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations with clients and partners.
? Handle documentation, filing, and other general office tasks.
? Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
4. Requirements:
? Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? At least 1 year of working experience in an admin or sales/marketing role.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media marketing tools.
? Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
