Key Roles: 1. Admin works which include ClubOn/ MC system, MRF / PR, follow up on Purchasing Order and delivery. 2. Check and monitor all activities and schedules related to contracted services done by contractor / service provider. 3. Oversee and take necessary actions on all compiled work order. 4. Responsible to liaise with government and external party on licenses renewal or new license application related to government and compliance requirement. 5. Renewal and maintain contract agreement. 6. Highlight all event orders to Facility Management. 7. Responsible of cross-check invoices received with related documents. 8. Prepare document to ensure vendor payment in a timely manner. 9. Maintain all related documents in an orderly manner as per company requirement. 10. Attend to complaints tactfully and ensure appropriate corrective action is implemented promptly. 11. Manage inventory levels and monitor stock levels. Requirements: 1. 1 Year(s) of working experience in building facility M&E or in the related field will be an added advantage. 2. Knowledge of office management system and procedure. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
