The Admin Executive provides advanced administrative and coordination support to the HSE department, ensuring efficient management of documentation, compliance tracking, contract lifecycle, and payment processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and update HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for HSE meetings.
Oversee contract lifecycle management and ensure timely renewals.
Process purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, and payment documentation in SAP.
Coordinate HSE training sessions, medical check-ups, and competency assessments.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on completion and gaps.
Monitor PPE inventory and initiate purchase requests when necessary.
Compile monthly HSE performance reports and dashboards.
Archive audit findings and corrective action plans for compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years in administrative roles; experience in HSE or industrial environment preferred.
Familiarity with contract management and SAP systems.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP system training.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
