- Mempunyai pengetahuan dan skill dalam bidang admin executive , paper works , project filings and material costing analysis.
-Berumur dalam lingkungan 21 tahun hingga 45 tahun
-Berpengetahuan dalam sistem HVAC amat dialukan untuk memohon
-Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Manage incoming calls/messages/emails and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Would be an added advantage if able to use AUTOCAD application
Advantage if can speak mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
