At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Distribution/Wholesale, potential candidates or fresh graduates are welcome as well.
Proficiency in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Scopes:
Assisting in managing and maintaining the daily operations of the office, including file management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
Handling daily phone and email communications, as well as inquiries from clients or vendors
Assisting in the development and updating of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by employees.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and providing necessary support and materials.
Manage sales documents and files, including contracts, quotes, invoices, etc. Ensure all documents are properly filed and archived.
Handle sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This may involve entering order information, confirming inventory availability, and liaising with customers to confirm order details.
Assist the sales team by providing the support they need. This may include preparing sales materials, following up on sales progress, arranging customer meetings or demonstrations, and assisting with quote and contract preparation.
