JOB DESCRIPTION: Dealing with clients and suppliers for service proposals, quotations, orders and contract Handle and oversee all the hostel management including hostel purchase, deposit payment, agreement, maintenance and complaints. Prepare the Purchase Requisition for any payments to the suppliers or service provider. Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys Manage and monitor office and hostel cleanliness and maintenance to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon and touch-n-go card Handle receiving, quality check, and return of the new arrival stock Monitor, order and manage office supplies and stock To conduct any other general ad-hoc tasks assigned JOB REQUIREMENT: Fresh graduates with internship experience in logistics, stock or any other administrative duties are welcome to apply Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative field Preferred candidate with degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or other related course Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills BENEFITS: Accessible and near public transport (MRT, LRT, Bus).
