Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and management.
  • Manage office documentation, including drafting and editing correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments for cross-functional projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a diploma; degree or certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
