  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Able to communicate with English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia averagely.
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job.
  • Wearing office suit in neat.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Perform data entry, basic skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the company.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
