Requirements
  • Age: 22 - 33
  • Language: Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Communication: Clear, professional, and confident in handling clients
  • Organization: Able to multitask and manage tasks efficiently
  • Responsibility: Detail-oriented, disciplined, strong follow-through
  • Team Spirit: Works well with others and able to work under pressure
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Computer literate and numerate.

Experience:Preferably with experience in Real Estate / Property Agency / Customer Service / Banking / Insurance / Loan Documentation / Sales Coordination (but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
  • Handle Sales Submission documentation (SPA, LO, Agreement follow-up)
  • Coordinate and follow up Loan Applications with banks, mortgage brokers & customers
  • Track loan status - Approval / Pending / Rejection / Appeal
  • Liaise with solicitors, bankers, purchasers, and internal sales teams
  • Maintain proper filing, data entry, and transaction records
  • Attend to customer and agent inquiries professionally
  • Assist with internal office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Assist sales team in documentation, follow-ups & scheduling
  • Prepare reports, records, presentation materials & data entry
  • Maintain office operations & ensure workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and internal team
  • Credit and loans officers analyse and evaluate financial information on applications for credit and loans and determine approval or disapproval of the client for the credit or loan, or recommend to management approval or disapproval.
  • Tasks include - Interviewing applicants for personal, mortgage, student and business loans;
  • Researching and evaluating loan applicants' financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan;
  • Submitting credit and loan applications to management with recommendations for approval or rejection;
  • Approving or rejecting loan applications within authorized limits ensuring that credit standards of the institution are respected;
  • Completing credit and loan documentation.
